We have provided a range of specialized contracting services in support of the developer and construction management team at Danforth & Main.

Our involvement has included hoist platform decking, construction material storage solutions and associated concrete work.

The individual assignments have been undertaken as defined scopes on a lump-sum basis, allowing the project team to efficiently address specific construction requirements as they arise.

We currently provide ongoing support to the developer and its construction team at Campbell through a monthly lump-sum engagement.

Our project management and consulting involvement includes schedule coordination, critical path planning, tendering and procurement, material procurement and general project management support.

Our contracting involvement also includes perimeter decking, temporary landscaping associated with the site facilities, and decking and preparation associated with the construction hoist.

This project demonstrates the Noventra model particularly well: combining ongoing project management expertise with the ability to execute targeted construction scopes when required.

We have supported the developer of Curio during the occupancy, customer care and warranty stages of the completed residential development.

Our services have included customer care coordination, deficiency management and clearing, warranty coordination and general post-construction support.

Where required, we have also provided dedicated personnel directly contracted to the developer to supplement its customer care resources and facilitate the completion of outstanding work.

We are providing pre-construction support to the developer in preparation for the commencement of construction.

Our involvement includes site logistics planning, perimeter construction fencing and drawing coordination, helping the development and construction teams prepare the site and coordinate the transition from pre-construction into active construction.

We are supporting the developer during the pre-construction phase through site logistics planning, early site requirements and construction coordination.

Our role is focused on helping the project team prepare for an organized and efficient commencement of construction.

We have assisted the developer with customer care and warranty coordination through a lump-sum engagement bundled with other project support services.

Our involvement helps supplement the developer’s internal resources during the important post-construction and homeowner service stages.
